I can't help but think that this is an evil eye at george bush, who claimed that god told him it would be right to invade iraq, so using a god to justify an illegal war, and succeeding, but also being aware that other wars have been fought for the sake of god; god fearing people fighting god fearing people because they don't fear god in the same way they do!

I believe that the song represents the overall childishness of the whole situation in iraq and 9/11. Granted the whole thing was no childish matter, but when we deconstruct the whole series of events it becomes apparent that the reasons are childish. I assume that the little girl is representing america, after her towers are knocked down she goes on the war path, etc, but if you look a little more carefully, you may notice that the child who threw the plane is not seen again, ie bin laden. Serj himself represents the american army recrutment poster for ww2, the one with uncle sam, who also uses the term, "i want you". The toppled teddy is naturally toppled bronze statue of saddam hussain.
