Song meaning: This song is about lead singer Brent Smith and his past experiences. It was about how he had to leave his native town in order to pursue a career in rock n' roll. He quotes, "This song for me is the most personal song on the record because it's about how I grew up and my childhood. It's about throwing caution to the wind and going after what you truly want in life." Basically it's about leaving behind things that you care about to get where you want to go. I ♥ this song!
