I think she's saying god doesn't care, she makes it like the main theme of the song is about god's existence but in the end she says "we're all laughing with god". Kind of saying like we all laugh at other people's toil, and so does god. It's nothing about god actually, she used the word god to represent fate or life, its really about how this world doesn't care, and that if god existed, he would just be laughing at us.
