My interpretation of these lyrics is that this song is meant to describe the torment someone has undergone from being stepped on their entire life and they have been worn down by the cruelty of other people that the person in the song has had the misfortune of knowing. This song is the reflection of the person's anger towards their enemies and the person doesn't have the strength and resilience to live a normal life free of depression. The song is also conveying this message through an attempt to make someone feel guilty.

This song is about a monkey who is stricken with gonorrrhea and tries to masturbate but he can't because it burns and walks (like a woman in suffering) into a dark void of nothingness (abyss) and it cripples him worse than a blood stained hurricane(wtf). After his heart becomes cold from the black hole of no hope the monkey doesn't even so much as bother to tell people of his embarrassing experience running into the abyss(the nerve). Then the monkey aks the pope for redemption but the request is denied. Then they break through the wall of the monkeys inner defenses and it his heart and then they savor it because its good tasting and they have a monkey holocaust and eat lots of hearts.
