For those wondering, there is a continuation to Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch The second season is called Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pure. For those who are trying to find the tv show, you'll have to find the episodes through independent fansubbers, official DVDs "do not" exist, period, so unfortunately that's the only way to go. There are currently about 2 or 3 fansub groups who have released episodes, there's a very old one and there's a 'newer' fansub group but they're rather behind, and finding them might be a bit tricky. If you love Mermaid Melody, please try your darnest to find the remaining episodes from Season 1 and 2! On an offnote, there's a video game for Mermaid Melody, I believe its on the GBA, there was another for Chobits as well and their gameplay mechanics are similar in which they were restricted by the technology they had at the time. Basically, if I recall correctly, the GBA Mermaid Melody was basically a music rhythm game where you have to tap buttons to the timing of the notes, so you're basically playing DDR karaoke version or Vocaloid Project Diva. I had to type a lot of words or the site won't let me post, but I won't spoil anything. All I will say though, the purple mermaid who serves the antagonist male character shares the same voice as Tohsaka Rin from Fate/Stay Night series, she also sings as well.
