I think this song is set at a party or convert and hes looking out and all he can see is blonde girls but then he spots a shining beacon, a girl who isn't blonde. Maybe shes a brunette who knows but he finds that she stands out and he thinks she looks innocent and sexy compared to the other girls that are all blonde. I'm not sure if this is right just an opinion.
