I think this entire song is just trying to get the point across that you shouldn't talk gibberish, meaning you shouldn't talk in a way that you know no one will understand. If you say something, try to say it on the intelligence level of the person you are saying it to, whether it be the president of the United States or a five year old. Also, this song is actually making fun of an actual language in a way. The actual language of Gibberish sounds coincidentally like a combination of French, Spanish, and a howler monkey.
