This song would be good for people at any age group. If you grow up thinking about the models size and how they look it's not realistic. Be proud of yourself and if you think there can be improvement it's for your health not because people who haven't grown up say things to you. I love the song and my 8 year old granddaughter, who is the shortest in her class, was having a problem with that because her two older sisters are the tallest in theirs. When this song came out she is so proud now. I wish it was around when I was younger. But I still dance with her when its playing. It makes you feel good. That is what life is all about feeling good about yourself and what you do. Thanks for listening.
