I feel like this song is about how in the late hours of the night, the longer you stay up, it can feel like darkness is closing around you, you're going insane, the world is ending. But, tomorrow, you're gonna wake up, you'll be alive, and you'll make yourself breakfast as the start of a new day. What is says to me is basically "despite how it feels now, you'll be okay. you're alive and you're staying that way, and tomorrow you'll wake up okay."
