Considering the song title chimera can also mean fantasy, I'd assume the song is about a girl filled with suicidal thoughts. A Chimera is a mythological beast with the midsection of a goat. This would explain the symbolism of the goat as a chimera/fantasy. Not sure about the peter pan part. It may have something to do with the peter pan quote "To die would be an awfully big adventure." Or the fact that part of never growing up would be to avoid death, I'm sure could be figured out with more research on Netherlands. Either way the song is somewhat about the numbness and escaping of reality, thus the zombie like guys in the video, to say that the deed was only a fantasy but to go on living is a dead-like numbness.
