I THINK... the first section is about God saying to her, that he will be there when its all over, the fight of living is over. The second section I THINK, she is saying what she says to herself everyday...fight hard and God will be there when its over. The third part... I THINK she died that night and went to heaven, where she is free of her daily struggle. The last verse she repeats what she has been saying everyday while alive, to fight and in the end God will hold her, as he did in the very last sentence.
