I think this song doesn't convey that great an overall value (not that I always expect value in song lyrics, because usually, I clearly don't care what a song says. Okay sometimes it does matter). When you are at the usual end of a relationship, you don't just leave it hanging. You move on, let go, and forget about it completely. I learned that a long time ago. Back before I was dealing with the very first never ending online relationship, I was in an offline relationship (I haven't had nearly any in a long time), once she left, I was so heartbroken, but I know I should just move on from this, and I did. Anyway, back to the song. When I feel like someone messed with me, I just move on from this whole thing. It's my responsibility never to bring up the relationship ever again, and the person usually doesn't notice.
