Sure does look like he's referring to assinating the president of the United States. The mess mentioned in the first verse sure would line up with what's going on right now in our country on so many levels. Judging from the line about family tree, I'd say it's referring to the Bush family. The dates they change line could refer to the two Bushes in office at different times. The song mentions taking hostages in the oval office and basically shooting them in the head. Pretty self explanitory. Then the line about one driver in the motorcade. Which would indicate someone infiltrating, say the secret service then causing a hostage situration where various key people are "offed". Fun song.
