Alot of people think its about a girl who stole another girls boyfriend, well it kinda is but "I waited eight long months, she finally set him free", soo really that means the boys girlfriend broke up with him, so the other girl went for him and they hit it off really good, now the other girl. Who dumped the guy is all made probably because she didn't really want to break up with the guy anyway. But yeaaahhh. I really like this song. It kinda reminds me of something that happened to me when I started going out with my current boyfriend: P
