Correct me if I'm wrong, but essentially this song is just a huge bowl of sarcasm referring to the cruel world we live in. So I guess the song is just kinda talking about how people are being born into this world, and it's sad. Kinda a cliche way of saying it, but I think the song is actually pretty clever. It talks about the danger of social media, racism, immigration, sex discrimination, etc. in a very satirical way. I think that by making fun of the stupidity of the listed issues is a great of bringing light to them. Sometimes I think the world is so focused on cramming down right and wrong in our throats, that they forget that it's an ineffective tactic. AJR, attacking the problem by pointing out how silly we are for actually having to deal with these issues, is much more effective at tackling these deeper issues.
