I personally think in this song, the girl is trying to express to her lover to make the choice whether or not he's in the relationship to be committed. He may be going through a phase where he's still searching or maybe being in a relationship is the least of his priorities and I guess she just wants to know. Every relationship shouldn't be based off of playing games on each other but should be based on the foundation of building a relationship that may lead towards marriage. If the guy isn't in the relationship to be committed. Ofcourse she's saying. Stop wasting my time and making me be miserable because you're still undecided. I've experienced this within a 6 year period with my ex boyfriend. He was never sure of whether or not he wanted to be with me and he was always the one to break it off and always the one to come back. Things went so wrong within the relationship that through the last months of us struggling to keep our relationship, this same question, just like the song, I kept asking him as well. Still he was unsure until something had happened and I chose to leave him and let him go. It was hard at first but it needed to be done. Not because I can do better or because I deserve better (ofcourse anyone can), but because I needed restoration. Ofcourse even though it's been only a few months since our break up, who knows where God is going to lead us next?
