I think that this song is a reflection of how children who go through such trauma deal with what has happened to them. You cannot assume to know what that does to a person, a child and thus I think there is no way you can judge the way they cope with it. I don't think this song speaks against god but against the person that has wronged them in the most horrible way. Ask what your questions would be towards a greater being if this happened to you. This song can also be towards any child abuser, anyone that has betrayed a child's trust not just a priest.
