To me this song is her last hope that she and her love will someday be back together, its like a prayer thanking and asking but in her song she is only asking there are loads of adele ssongs that I can think of myself singing to people instead of saying my hurt feeling or hopes. In one of her songs it reminds me of my dad and al the questions that I want to ask him like why he left me and if he remembers me still.
