Although brilliantly worded and passionately delivered(especially in the live version) Brian Wilson is another bnl song about depression, self doubt, and possible self loathing. However, it sets itself apart from other songs with a similar theme(there are more than a few) by using a simile comparing himself to a real person. Also, the first three lines of the song are probably truley understood by a few close friends. What a great way to start a song, though!
