I think this song means that hes glad they are not fightin for once. He gets a chance to show her how lucky he is to have a girl like her. And he says don't make me change my mind becuz she means so much to him that if he lost her, he wouldnt be here tomorrow. And that everyday when he wakes up to find such a gurl beside him he falls for her over again and again.
