My take on this song is its about conformity. He suggests that he wiser than the masses, and knows that he is considdered different and wierd now but if there were others like him everyone else would be fine with him. "Make me a deal and make it good for me I wont get full of myself, 'cause I can't afford to be" is him pleading for the masses to accept that his difference isn't necisarily bad, and that he wont be arrogant about being right because then his inderviduality wont be accepted. "See what your man has done to the world See what the world has done to your man" says we have changed the world but those changes have changed us making us scared to be different. "I stole my personality from an anonymous source" is talking about how people act like everyone else not themselves. I'm not as sure about this one but I think "Tomorrow's just a song away, a song away, a song away" within the time of this song you can make a descision to stop conforming and be yourself. Tomorrow represents the future and that by being different you can be the trend setter. " the trend being inderviduality not leading the rest of the masses for contradicting reasons.
