When I younger my dad dedicated this song to me so to all of you people that can't figure out what one little song means I will just tell you.
This song is about the mom taking the little boy or otherwise their kid away from him (the dad). And then he goes on describing how he feels, how he thinks the mom had an advantage, and what his son means to him. And then he also describes in the middle that their may be an ocean in between them but its not very far. He states that because no matter what his son will always be in his heart.
And if I could figure that out and I'm only 15 then almost anyone should be able to figure it out. Even though I have wrote quite a few songs it shouldn't matter.
