No matter what, I will be there when you call me.
People have a tendency to think that just because you make life choices that are different, this automatically makes you unreliable, one that cannot be counted on.
True, if one happens to call during a time where you are "socially indisposed", it may create a bit of a pickle, but the important thing is that one shows up anyway.
A friend is a friend no matter what. You are called for a reason, be there for whatever reason.
Like it says, a real friend knows that "you are no stranger to shame" but never in front of them.
