I bought this 12" single back when it came out as an import in the US and I had a cheap stereo so I had a difficult time with the lyrics. Also, I thought this was called "Mesh" but it turns out, this song is "Cries and Whispers". There is a film by Ingmar Bergman with the same title. I have heard that if you see the movie, you will understand what this song is actually about.
