I agree that its bibilcal refference but don't think that it is veiwing the biblical text in a positive light. Look at this line, "Now if you wanna serve above or be a king below with us,Your welcome to the city where your future is set, forever. " that is not anywhere close to christain. Weither or not it refferces to rome is illrelevent.(on that subject I belevie it litterly reffers to the "Beast"mentioned in revelation). If you haven't noticed I'm christain :)
