I am not sure what the meaning of the song is, but I think the writer was talking to God. He was saying "you are making me laugh (you made happy). You were expecting me to worship You when your church/Bible people are doing bad things?" The church/Bible people who are doing bad things were referred to as cast of clowns cause they are making the song writer laugh. People go to church and say sorry, thank you and I love you Lord, but when they are outside the church, they are arrogant, traitors, liars, etcetera. Etcetera. I think it would be better if Basti Artadi will enlighten us about the lyrics. Nevertheless, I love this effing song so much! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!
