Sea Fever, written by Jane Bowers, was a leftover from the 1960 "Make Way" sessions, finally released in 1985 by Folk Era Records on the rarities album "Rediscover the Kingston Trio." The first 500 copies had a special insert signed by Nick Reynolds. The album was a labor of love for Allan Shaw, owner of Folk Era. The cooperation of Capitol Records, as you might imagine, was essential in getting access to the "lost" masters.
