The song discusses oral s**, particularly cunnilingus. "Coffee grinding" is a regular blues pun for sexuality. In this case the female narrator reports that her new lover is a "deep sea diver" who can "stay down at the bottom" holding his breath; thus he is performing cunnilingus. Apparently he is quite adept for her girlfriend tried him as well and reprted success. The second section is a series of puns for intercourse. Cabbage is a vaginal symbol and bacon is a phallic symbol.
