I agree. I think its more like written from Gods point of veiw rather than a humans. I get this from the part where it says "its hurts when your lonely and im standing right beside you there and it hurt when you said youll try things on your own" I get this because if you think of it from Gods point of view its like the were lonely even though God is always with us and we hurt God when we think we can handle things on our own. Some of the lyrics I don't really understand. Like verses mainly. This song could be like if someone breaks up with you and yout hurting emotionally. But coming from a chirstian band I think there refering to how God feels when we don't rely on him. But if your not christian or believe in God youll probably just think it was a guy whos girlfriend broke up with him. And he still has feeling for her.
