Guys katy perry wrote this song like a few years ago, she has improved alot since then. I think considering that this was in the earlier stages of her career that it's pretty good, and also remember that kelly clarkson's version is editted too and you can tell from katy perry's video that money was probably not what she had alot of at that time to edit and perfect her song.
I love this katy's version especially since her previous songs show her personality
(btw) I'm not saying kelly's version is bad, I just don't wanna compare the two because they are both great.
