To me, it seems like this song is about a girl who is with someone that she has full faith in. She believes he's a good person, but now things are changing. And she's realizing maybe he isn't as reliable as she thought he was. Not saying she thinks he's a bad person, but he's suddenly just disappeared on her and she is curious on what's going on with him.
