Well for me, the meaning of this is, like a couple in adjustment period, the guy is really in love but the girl has insecurity issues, uncertain about what lies ahead of them and perhaps thou the guy shows her how mch he loves her, women has this emotional issues, don't call 'em, or a date cancelled or it happens things came up and your planned ruined, they'll assumed that there taken for granted.
