She knows the guy very well unlike the others do because she's in love with him but won't admit it because of something like they might be not the same as before the might be away from her and she doesn't like that so she'll just be contented as just friends. (just like in my situation I didn't tell him coz his too old for me I'm just like a younger sis to her and he has already a girl friend) : '(
