The theme of the poem is Aloe Blacc talking all about how he's the best man for everyone, and his girlfriend. I know because he keeps on saying, "Girl you can tell everybody, I'm the man, I'm the man, I'm the man." I also think he wants the world to know he is a great man, different from all the rest in good ways.
