I think this song contrasts the beauty of what God has to offer verses the meaninglessness of the things in the world can give.

I think it's talking about how as the world gets closer to its end (The vision that I have seen: this is the action that spawns from the end. For the longest time, I've been watching the world breathe against), the message of Christians (a purity no mind can grasp) becomes more urgent. The consequences of people not hearing their message becomes more apparent over time (What lies here Are mountains composed of tombstones), and they are pushed to speak of their faith even more (Display her beauty to the people (to the people) oh).
