They are saying that the government, the people who "wear forces". As in, military personnel or people who control the military, who say they keep you safe, are the same people who will burn a cross of something that is there as a guideline of life and way to make it to a perfect afterlife. And that they won't do what the government tells them because the government isn't anymore right then you and I. They are corrupt and the nation shall fall.
