Well, I think it's definitely a s*w you to the record label. Weezer not commercially viable! What a joke! The boys are getting older and generally in music there is pressure to do and say certain things if you're going to compete (hence the Timbaland jibe) but what this song says to me is do they, will they ever need to, to sell an album? I don't think so. Long live Weezer, just the way they are.
