This is such an insanly old song. I listened to it yearsss ago & didn't completely understand it.
It sort of describes alot of people in the rave scene. It's not about him wanting to dance with her or wishing he could sing hahah.
But it is about him watching her ruin her life by doing drugs and 'following the crowd' at the parties instead of being on the waiting dance floor.
