Its more so of her knowing that its gonna end. She wishes it could go back to before but she knows that the relationship is dying along with the love they had. She's fighting to keep things entacted but she knows that in the long run it isn't gonna work out b/c she says I don't want us to be the end of me so shes leaving b/c she loses herself in the process.
