So this song was hard to read (mostly because I suck at reading Romanized lyrics) but in a nutshell it's talking about how humans are greedy, selfish individuals who tend to make the same mistakes and fall into the same habits. The following lines talks about how if you're permissive and a pushover, you won't make it to the industry and that it's either survive and win, or live and loose.
Then it goes into talking about how many aspiring people dream about having fancy clothes, or expensive foods or other luxuries, but they tend to never make their dreams a reality.
Block B tends to be more relatable to teenagers who aim for higher goals than what society sets them for & so it goes on to say how many people will try to bring you down with false hope, and try to get you to live a more "realistic" life.
And the chorus obviously shows the end game, the jackpot resembles your hopes and dreams, and you hitting it means, well, you achieving them.
There was one line that stood out to me though, and it was
"Nareul musihaetdeon nomdeurege
Boksudaesin aksureul geonnene"
Which means; 'I'll shake the hands of those who ignored me, instead of getting my revenge' and I think this means to not hold grudges. You have one life and one life only, so why spend the majority of it being sour and prudent to those you tried to bring you down, and not celebrate with those who brought you up?
Good sportsmanship, yo. Think about it.
