This song is extremely powerful and very true. It's saying to those "Christians" that just sit in church every week and don't care about anything but their own salvation aren't really Christians. He's saying that, yes he's a Christian, and he's not afraid to announce it to the world. He's saying that for every person out there that you could have brought to Christ but didn't, their blood is on your hands.
