    I think it is about how living day to day life has this couple wondering what happened to the passion. Even though they are sure they are still in love, they both feel like something is missing. Rather than go outside the relationship to find that excitement again, like so many do, they are asking each other to help them find it again. As long as they are both asking each other, I think they will probably find it again and be ok.
    Although, how many of you have watched the two of them hosting the CMAs and thought there was a little more than just good friends going on there?

    Love this song. Remind me- this song is about a married couple telling each other to remind one another of how passionatly they used to express their love when they first met. In the hustle and bustle of life you get into a routine and forget the way you used to express ur feelings are interact with ur spouse. This songs reminds you about how important it is to take the time and do those things.

    Wrong! Its about 2 people that fell in love hard. After years of being together, they still love each other but miss the way it felt when they couldn't control themselves. Life, jobs, kids, make you tired and you don't show each other how much you love each other, let alone get those tinglies over each other anymore. Although they love each other more than they did back then, they just want to feel it agian.

    Brad and carrie were trying to escape the system by having s** 24/7. Little did they know the system would soon take over the situation. Their bank account went down ridiculous amounts of money for missing so many flights in the name of passion, and brad ended up losing his job for prioritizing the way carrie looked in his old t-shirt.
    Carrie finally realized that brad was a complete loser and left him. She’ s now going along with the song but all she really wants is to get back the money that he made her waste on missed flights by pushing her onto bed over and over again.

    A late blooming giant and an early blossoming dwarf once shared a special physical connection. About the time this unique connection started to blossom into something bigger (pun intended) than either carrie (or brad, I guess) brad, the giant, started to grow. It was at this time that carrie, the dwarf, saw her short (pun intended) growing spurt interrupted by her dwarfism. No longer reaching even to brad's knees, carrie resigned her life to the sideshow tent in traveling circus act. Brad became country's biggest (pun intended) star.

    Brad and carrie are former lovers. They used to kiss and hug but now all they have are nostalgic memories. He has blossomed into a spur wearing half wit who directs his energies towards terrible lyrics sung with a drawn out hillbilly drawl. She became the s*** siren of the buckle brandishing nashville world, relying on good looks and boring songs to corral hords of fans into the country music listening herd.

    When you really miss someone, and you don't know if they miss you, this is a good song. Although, you don't even have to miss the person to relate. You just have to miss what you had, and the times you had together. My meaning to this song is, its about a really good thing that just didn't last, for whatever reason, and wishing you could have that amazing thing back.

    This has a special meaning to me. Not too long ago my husband and I had to be separated for his work. I remember dropping him off at the airport and couldn't wait until we were together again. Two years later. I think we need that reminder again. One thing is for sure tho if you do find that love that one that you know is a once in a lifetime love. Hold on to it. Do whatever you can to keep that spark going.
