I heard this song play on the radio almost ten years ago as tears filled my eyes because my marriage was over. Through that song I heard god speak to me to fear not because I was going into a new season. All that I had given in the name of love was thrown back in my face, but I was comforted that everything I had given would be given to me in even greater measure in due season. It's been ten years and I have not forgotten that song nor the promise I found in it. I don't know if I have heard it since that day until this morning when it played after my clock radio went off at 5: 15 am. The last three weeks have been some of the worst in my life. I was tested and tempted in ways I didn't think were possible. I wasn't graceful, but I made it through. All I have been able to think lately is, "why me? " why did that happen? Why was the enemy given permission to play with my mind like that? I am not a "devil made me do it" kind of person at all, but he created a delusion that I totally fell for. I didn't feel like I had anything special to do or say that the enemy would have wanted so desperately to prevent from coming to pass, but god knows. Anyway, hearing this song after 10 years caused me to jump out of my bed onto my knees this morning because it was a message from heaven to me that my wait is over. It's finally my turn to walk into my season of real love and a true covering planned and ordained by god. God, I'm looking forward to seeing you show up and show out on this one! Amen!
