the song's talking about Raiden and his relation with his Jack the Ripper persona. "a soul can't be cut" refers to how he and his persona are one and the same and cannot be seperated, no matter how much he wants it and knows his bloodlust is wrong. the song also talks about how Raiden believes he's beyong redemption, how people often commit atrocities like killing each other for the greater good "for all our righteous crimes we compensate", but he feels enjoyment in it and hates it. Raiden hates himself a lot, actually, and this song brings it to light. "give in to darkness, bodies melt" refers to how in his slaughter, he doesn't even recognise allies or enemies anymore, just sees bodies and things to be slain. "beauty, it's humanity's greatest sin" and "beauty, hiding the beast that lies within" references a slightly nihilistic belief that behind most masks of beauty and attractiveness is a wicked desire to harm and maim. although these beliefs are not necessarily true and quite extreme, that's part of Raiden's character where he acknowledges his secret beliefs and the thrill of the kill are wrong, he can't help with these hidden things showing at times. he's losing his last shred of rationality and dehumanising himself, letting his "inner beast" show.
