    This song was written about my first platonic love as a young boy with an older woman, after some 15 years, I was confronted by feelings from the past, when she should suddenly visit my life again. Just after my near death experience. All of a sudden I had a chance to tell her. And not being able to express or share my feelings I still had for her, as youth was no longer barrier, rather the feelings and relationships that are associated to our present. And limited time as her visit was only short, I could See feel she felt the same, as eyes never lie, and sparks still fly. To have this choice of love or comfort, she had to open her eyes. Only if she knew how I felt, all these relationships of the president day in our way. Platonic we will stay, as my words are still locked away as I was unable to seize the day. With lots of important peoples feelings in the way.
    So I hope this helps explain these words.
