According to people who attended one of the Secret Sessions, this song is about a summer romance (Conor Kennedy). Taylor knows it's not going to last, "I can see the end as it begins," but is seduced by his "being so tall and handsome as hell." She acknowledges "he is so bad" (in the good way.) "but he does it so well." She ask that he remembers her, "even if it is in his wildest dreams." She knows their futures are going to take them separate paths.

The song can be interpreted by the lyrics or the video. If you watch the video, you see that it's about a movie set that Taylor is on and she has feeling for her fellow actor. They are dating then and she knows the relationship won't work out but she wants him to remember her. She tells him that she knows it won't work out but she always wants him to remember her. She's saying "remember me in my nice dress with my red lips and rosy cheeks". Then near the end of the video she is devastated because the man has already moved on and has married another woman because it shows the ring. She says "remember me, even if it is just in your wildest dreams." She runs out and the man tries to catch her because he obviously just realized he still has feelings for Taylor. I don't know who this song is about, but I honestly hope her relationship with Calvin works out.

I think it is about he and someone close had big plans with each other. They end up slipping away.
and the moment before they do - this song is the emotions you feel before they're gone. It really is a great song, it can mean a lot for anyone. Give it your own personal meaning to add to it. Great song by a great artist. But like most of her songs they are deep and personal as they are everything she has went through. The person she was with had weird red lipstick fetishes as so she says she wears it. But the guy is handsome as it is said he looks like James dean. I honestly thing It is about harry styles with the long hair slickens back and the white tshirt he wears xxxx and side note this song is amazing.
