Ashdjfkgh! This actually is making me mad now):
K, moments is about a boy who lose's his girlfriend. He's going through a time of depression, "voices numb, try to scream out my lungs, it makes this harder, and the tears stream, down my face"
He's trying to go back, it's all he wants to just spend one more moment with here (chorus).
The bridge is where you can tell the he commits suicide.
