This is my favorite song, as I've said in another Red song meaning, I love that red can write a song thatmay be meant for the Lord but can also be used to cover other contexts. I hurt my partner deeply earlier this year and I have sent her this song with an apology letter because this song not only says how I feel about God but about how I feel about our relationship.

Ok all you guys are right in alot of ways and some of you are wrong in others. Firstly, udontcare there is more to being a christian then believing in god, even satan believes in the Alpha and the Omega. A true christian believes that Jesus Christ was the son of god who died on the cross to save our sins. They ask him to fill us with his holy spirit and guide us in our ways, we do not become perfect as many may think but we strive to not sin even though it is impossible. Secondly the song is written by a band who is considered a "roaring lion" they write most of thier lyrics the Lord our Saviour yes, but they leave them open so that mainstream listeners can relate and maybe come to God of thier own free will if they realise that's the real point of the lyric.
