Everyone seems to think that this song is about kissing girls, bisexuality, sexual curiosity, all of that. But Katy Perry said herself that the song is actually just about the beauty of a woman, and the power that a woman posesses because of that beauty. The whole girls kissing is kind of just a metaphor. That's not to say that this hasn't happened to Katy Perry, it probably has, but the song isn't about that.
