When she says hes hot and hes cold it means that he may be mad one minite and is happy and next. If you ask him yes or no he may say yes and then change his mind. I think this song is really about having a boyfreind who is always unsure of himself. But hey this song rocks!

    I don't know why I used to hate this song, then I actually listened to it! Haha, anyways I think the meaning of this song is that people, (not just her ex) need to make up their mind all day everyday, 24/7. I also think that this song sends out a good message to young couples who want to get married, who can't seem to make up their mind, so they should just wait until they are older, so this song can also send out a good message to that kinda stuff.

    He has equal parts of hot and cold which is intimidating because Katy is used to women who have all hot and no cold, which makes her feel more cold then hot and then Katy realizes that her wedding in Vegas cannot happen which is important to her because Vegas is neither hot nor cold in the summer and he needs his dream location to have both.     But I like this song too. It's really fun and Katy shows off her vocals. Hopefully people will move past the "I Kissed A Girl", which has nothing wrong with it, to see her true musical talent.

    I love this song so much. I am in a relationship with someone who is so like the guy in this song it isn't even funny. Scary thing is, he listened to the song and actually agreeed too one time.     I like her songs. One of my cousins doesn't like her because of the song "I Kissed A Girl". Omg, I can't believe how close minded she is. I don't mind whether that song is for real or not, but I like her a lot. She can really sing, and she's pretty too. Really great song. Love the music video.     I agree with vanish23. This song rocks!. This is a perfect song describing my ex bf. Deep down of my heart I appreciate this a lot, only people who are in this situation will understand it. It took me a long time to let him go since I was so weak but I had to do it because I can’ t let him disrespect me and treated me like crap with his love bi polar and mental disorder. I've been so broken that I can barely recover, I had to take pain killer and seeing the counselor since I’ ve been tortured by his verbal abuse. You can’ t really expect when he will blow up on you. One minute he says he loves you so much that would do anything for you, live for you and die for you, 10 mins later we got into a small argument, he yelled at me like someone is cutting his throat, said mean things, saying it’ s over and I’ m breaking with you, don’ t call me, don’ t email me, slam the door and left in angry. That’ s my relationship for 2 years. I had to let him go at the end b/c how he treated me is not love. I pray everyday to surmount the pain and move on. Thanks to Katy Perry, you are a part of making me alive each day because of this song!

    A bride was getting married and the priest ask " KATY DO YOU TAKE ALEXANDER AS YOUR LOVELY HUSBAND" and katy said I do. While alexander took a while for a decision and when its about a minute the song gets started and at the ending was that alexander said I do.
    My friend and like this song since she didn't like it anymore but now were not friends anymore because she keeps on starting the fight.
